About The Position

Essential Functions and Primary Duties Design and manage business project logistics in line with business requirements Prepare and present proposal and communications for internal and/or external clients Resolve a full range of client and vendor requests Research and assemble data Provide guidance and outcome data to management on area of expertise Share in training on subject matter Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a subject matter expert
• Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
• Effective customer service skills
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
• Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
