This role is a critical part of how the team scales effectively — allowing Recruiters to focus on candidate engagement and stakeholder partnership while internal application review, system maintenance, and analytical support are handled with consistency and rigor.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to evaluate resumes and applications against defined criteria and hiring needs.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and sound judgment when assessing candidate quality.
  • High attention to detail with accountability for data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day direction once priorities are established.
  • Hands-on experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., iCIMS or similar).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and sourcing tools.
  • Comfortable operating behind the scenes.
  • Process-oriented, dependable, and motivated by operational excellence.
  • Collaborative and responsive with a strong internal service mindset.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review inbound applications within active requisitions to identify high-potential candidates aligned with defined role requirements.
  • Apply independent judgment to assess candidate quality and surface top applicants, providing clear rationale and recommendations to Recruiters (with recruiters retaining final hiring decisions).
  • Re-review existing applicant pools as role requirements evolve to ensure strong candidates are not overlooked.
  • Maximize the use of existing candidate inventory to support high-volume or critical hiring needs.
  • Own the accuracy, completeness, and audit-readiness of candidate and requisition data for assigned roles.
  • Execute system administration activities including candidate dispositioning, requisition updates, workflow compliance, and data clean-up.
  • Ensure timely, consistent, and compliant documentation of sourcing and disposition decisions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Analyze application volume, candidate quality, and funnel movement to support effective prioritization.
  • Identify and flag trends, data inconsistencies, or system issues that may impact hiring efficiency or reporting accuracy.
  • Operate as a behind-the-scenes extension of the recruiting team, responding to requests for application reviews, shortlist refreshes, and system support.
  • Provide targeted external sourcing support for active requisitions when required to manage volume or timelines.
