About The Position

Curtiss-Wright is looking for a seasoned Talent Sourcer (Contract) to join our Talent Acquisition Team! As a key member of our growing TA Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global recruitment efforts. You will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners & Business Leaders to identify, engage, and source industry-leading talent across a variety of critical roles. You will bring a proven background in sourcing with a passion for sourcing high-caliber candidates, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience sourcing.
  • Strong sourcing proficiency in sourcing candidates through advanced methods such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, networking, and other innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with candidates.
  • Collaborative mindset & a team-oriented approach to sourcing and recruitment with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and data management with the ability to leverage metrics to inform decision-making and drive sourcing strategies.
  • Proficient in using sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment technology platforms.
  • A quiet, secure, work from home space with the ability openly communicate.
  • Resilience for change and ambiguity to support the fast-paced changing needs of our business.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in global recruitment across one or more of our markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and executing sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates for critical roles across the organization, including C-suite.
  • Leverage various tools, platforms, and networks to source passive and active candidates.
  • Proactively engage with candidates, building & maintaining relationships and generating interest in Curtiss-Wright’s opportunities.
  • Leverage your network and outreach techniques to attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate and partner closely with CW’s internal TA Team and hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on talent needs, and refine candidate profiles.
  • Evaluate candidates based on experience, capabilities, cultural fit, and potential to drive results. Present shortlisted candidates to TA Partners
  • Maintain and manage an active pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring timely communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics, providing insights into talent acquisition trends, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
