Role Overview As a Talent Solutions Analyst Intern, you will collect, analyze, and interperate Talent Acquisition and Talent Management data while supporting key initiatives such as performance management, employee surveys, and engagement projects. Your work will impact how the Talent Solutions team makes data‑driven decisions, enabling clearer insights into recruitment effectiveness, onboarding quality, and overall talent strategy.
