Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of admin support experience
  • Strong administrate and organizational skills
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe forms
  • Decision Making and Judgment: This position requires the ability to assess information and interpersonal interactions in order to negotiate business that meets or exceeds client expectations, while providing a profitable revenue stream for E2 Optics. Knowing when to move forward independently, and when to engage internal team members and/or appropriate client contacts is critical to the success of the person in this role
  • Proven track record for reliability
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Excellent communication, telephone, and public relations skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills required
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Must be able to learn and support new and quickly-changing technologies
  • Familiarity with a wide range of standard office automation products
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good work habits under pressure
  • Creative, self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency
