Responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our organization through various sourcing channels. This position will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing.
  • Experience utilizing various sourcing methods (e.g. job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g. job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Attends community/academic partner events targeted at attracting applicants to the organization.
  • Builds and maintains diverse candidate pools through collaboration with community partners and other various sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate interest and qualifications.
  • Screen and assess candidates for fit against position requirements and company culture.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the sourcing process.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
  • Contributes to the creation of e-mail marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborates on the reporting of “metrics that matter” around sourcing campaigns.
