Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a TALENT REPRESENTATIVE to join our HUMAN RESOURCES team! The Talent Representative, reporting to the System Manager of Talent Delivery, supports the Talent Delivery Partner by serving as a representative to Client regarding all tactical Talent needs. HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks.

Requirements

• 1 year progressive Human Resources and/or Talent experience preferred.
• Talent Delivery, Critical Thinking and Collaboration competence.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• PHR or equal preferred.
