About The Position

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Senior Talent Analyst to help deliver impactful people initiatives. In this role, you’ll support the execution of employee listening surveys, assist with delivery of talent processes in Oracle, and manage logistics and coordination of the executive leadership program. You’ll analyze data to uncover insights, track progress, and enable better decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, experience with HR systems, an analytical mindset, and a passion for enhancing the employee experience. This role is based in our Jersey City, NJ office or our Boston, MA office, which both have a flexible hybrid work model.
