About The Position

This position will primarily be responsible for the planning, logistics, and support documentation associated with the staff programs for both the surgical and hybrid franchise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required in communication, advertising, marketing, or related field or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to interact with physicians in a professional manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Must be creative, self-motivated, proactive, intuitive, organized, flexible, and deadline oriented
  • Ability to travel for on-site course execution
  • Expected travel 2-4 days per month
  • Ability to travel 20%
  • Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed
  • Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

  • Manage documentation & logistical support for case observations.
  • Coordinate & support physician peer to peer meetings and Webex's
  • Coordinate & support APP area programs.
  • Support Professional Education National APP Courses:
  • Create course invitations and open registration according to schedule
  • Course registration
  • On-site contracting for AV Orders & BEOs within accordance of our compliance guidelines and budgetary considerations
  • Source and contract with local restaurant for course dinner
  • Assembly and shipment of course material
  • Schedule & attend pre-con meetings for each course
  • Reconciliation for all course related costs
  • Responsible for communication with attending HCPs for programs from registration through confirmation.
  • Support course faculty logistics and travel.
  • Maintain and process course paperwork in compliance with company policies and external reporting requirements including the Sunshine Act.
  • Ensure accurate up to date course information for daily reporting
  • Support other PE department personnel on an ad hoc basis
  • Regular and predictable work performance
  • Ability to work under fast-paced conditions
  • Ability to make decisions and use good judgment
  • Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required
  • Ability to successfully work with others
  • Additional duties as assigned
