Requirements

6+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive industry
Experience managing an end-to-end talent program (i.e., University Relations, Internal Mobility, etc.)
Organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience partnering with business leaders to drive talent-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and talent teams to identify talent needs and recruit candidates for specialized programs, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
Support program execution, including event planning, communications, data tracking, and participant engagement.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve program effectiveness and alignment with broader talent strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery and integration with broader HR and talent initiatives.
