Primary Location: United States (US) - Illinois - Function: People and Culture (CA) Title: Talent Practices & Learning Solutions - 117624 Onsite/Remote:Remote Position This position is eligible for remote work at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change. Your Responsibilities As a Talent Practices & Learning Solutions Lead for region 4 (US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand) working remotely from the U.S. or Canada , you will lead and manage the execution of assigned enterprise HR processes, aligned with global HR strategy and policies.Develop and deploy talent management strategies and roadmaps for the region, ensuring consistent learner experiences and high-performance culture. Oversee operational planning and day-to-day process execution, requiring technical and specialized HR knowledge. Enable the attraction, development, and retention of talent at a sustainable cost, integrating with broader HR policy frameworks.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of experience in leadership development, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing global/ Regional learning / Business level strategies and programs.
  • Experienced people manager with a proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor global/ Regional/ Business level teams.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to innovation and continuous improvement in learning practices.
  • Expert in planning, organizing, and overseeing activities to meet business objectives.
  • Expert in analyzing data trends for decision-making.
  • Skilled in managing projects within cost, time, and quality parameters, clear, concise, and compelling communication.
  • Skilled in obtaining consensus among parties with different interests.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate new external developments, emerging issues in HR and business functions.
  • Lead strategy development and implementation for key HR areas, anticipating complex challenges and ensuring integration with wider people and business strategy.
  • Develop, support and monitor HR frameworks and tools for, performance management, development, succession planning, onboarding, and retention.
  • Provide specialist advice to senior managers to enable policy, project, and change initiative implementation.
  • Analyze HR data/metrics for insights, informed decision-making, and measuring impact.
  • Design, deliver, and facilitate cognitive and competency programs and interventions.
  • Manage projects or substantial workstreams within transformational change programs, using structured change management methodologies.
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with business and HR leaders to identify learning needs, capability building, and leadership pipeline health.
  • Support and deploy enterprise processes and tools for regional deployment, including communication campaigns and training module design. Represent the Region in Enterprise and CoP meetings.
  • Drive high-performance culture and core values across the region through cohort learning and culture assimilation programs
