The Talent & Learning Coordinator is a core engine room role within the People Team, providing hands on coordination and operational support across Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and broader talent activity. This role is focused on exceptional execution of our talent and learning agenda, with accountability for the rhythm and logistics to ensure quality delivery, and supporting the People Leadership Team to deliver our strategy. This is a varied, fast paced role suited to someone who enjoys working across disciplines, managing detail, and keeping complex activity moving.
