As a Talent Performance Coaching Specialist Senior within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL or Downers Grove, IL. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Administers an organization's employee relations programs and ensures they are in line with goals and strategies.
  • Designing and implementing human resources policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations.
  • Providing support, in line with organizational policies and labor law legislation, to employee relations managers on dealing with relevant issues.
  • Researching and analyzing data pertaining to human resources and recommending program goals in all areas of employee relations.
  • Maintaining open communication between management and employees and advising on resolutions for employee relations.
