The Role We're hiring a Talent Partner in San Francisco to manage and own the people function for our US office. This is a foundational role at a pivotal stage of growth. You'll be the go-to person for everything from recruiting top talent to shaping the employee experience, ensuring our US team scales with the same speed and intensity that defines Emergent. You'll work closely with founders and global leadership to translate Emergent's culture and ambition into a best-in-class people operation on the ground in SF.
