About The Position

As a Talent Partner, you will act as a strategic and operational HR business partner to senior leaders within the US Patient Impact organization. You will shape and deliver talent, organization, and culture strategies that enable business performance and ultimately improve patient outcomes. This role balances strategic influence with hands-on execution across talent management, leadership development, organizational design, and employee relations in a complex, global environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 5+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership teams
  • Strong knowledge of US employment and employee relations practices

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent HR certification
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare industries
  • Demonstrated success in organizational design and change management
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
  • HDBI Certification Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to shape talent strategy aligned to business priorities
  • Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
  • Enable organizational design and build high-performing leadership teams
  • Lead staffing of key strategic roles with Talent Acquisition partners
  • Oversee employee relations across the full employee lifecycle
  • Contribute to global and regional talent and culture projects
