Looking for outgoing and driven individuals to lead our university and community outreach initiatives We are looking for a Talent Outreach Lead to join our team and play a key role in building and strengthening our network of Language talent, GenAI talent and AI research participants across various locales throughout the Americas (role can expand to other global locations over time). This role involves establishing a robust talent pool for current and future project needs, with some roles focusing on candidates having STEM, Medical, Legal, Humanities, Finance, BFSI backgrounds to ensure domain competence in a wide range of AI and localization projects.

  • Experience in community outreach, talent acquisition, or similar roles preferred.
  • Creative approach & Social Media expertise.

  • Committed to continuously improving internal procedures to ensure full legal compliance and delivery of service level agreements
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred)
  • Familiarity with STEM and User Experience fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with a diverse community of Language talent, GenAI talent and AI research participants across different locales. This will include establishing partnerships with Top Tier universities and educational institutions (including Ivy Leagues)
  • Identify, engage, and build a talent pipeline of skilled resources in various domain streams of STEM, Medical, Legal, Marketing and other professional fields to support various AI and localization projects.
  • Partner with hiring and project teams to understand talent requirements and align community-building efforts with immediate and future needs.
  • Organize, Host & attend virtual or in-person community events, networking sessions or conferences, and informational meetups to attract the right talent.
  • Participate in creating talent retention strategies alongside the leadership to retain knowledge and talent within the organization.
  • Building, growing, and managing the organization's online community by actively engaging with various social media platforms. Generating innovative ideas for content creation and community engagement strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective talent-sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, social media outreach, and university tie-ups.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of community members and talent pool data, ensuring it aligns with the needs of the company's project pipeline.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to track, refer, and place community candidates in appropriate roles including internships and requirements for PhD candidates.
  • Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize community engagement efforts.
  • Should be willing to travel within and outside of the state as needed, should be ok with flexible working hours, some holidays and weekends which will be offset on working days. This will be needed to attend some events that may happen during holidays.
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition, platform, HR, marketing, and L&D team to ensure smooth assessment, onboarding and training for the candidates sourced via the Community Engagement Program (Full time, part-time, freelance, interns, contractors).
