QinetiQ is looking for a Principal, Learning & Development to serve as a senior individual contributor within the Integrated Talent Management (ITM) team, responsible for advancing enterprise capability through both strategic learning solutions and organization effectiveness initiatives. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy to diagnose organizational needs, solve complex performance challenges, and implement scalable solutions that improve workforce capability, team effectiveness, and business outcomes. The Principal partners across functions to align learning, organizational design, and talent practices with strategic priorities, operational performance, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is a recognized expert who integrates learning strategy with organization development principles to drive measurable impact at the individual, team, and organizational levels. This is role is open to Consultants/1099.
