Talent Operations Specialist - Pavilion - Exempt - starting salary $70,000 range (depending on experience) - Parker is one of the most advanced healthcare centers in New Jersey, providing a complete spectrum of person-centered aging services, and access to an entire healthcare network through partnerships with major providers, all under one roof. Consider joining us on our beautiful Piscataway/Highland Park NJ Campus. - Monday - Friday - 9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility - The Talent Operations Specialist supports the daily operations of Parker’s Talent & Culture team by coordinating processes, managing systems, and ensuring that learning and talent programs run smoothly. This role provides essential HRIS/LMS, data, and logistics support that strengthens leadership development, onboarding, engagement, and the Parker Experience. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 1 - 3 years in HR operations or HR systems administration (HRIS, LMS).
- Familiarity with HR systems and LMS platforms.
- Experience managing system workflows, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with IT.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and Microsoft Applications.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
