At its core, this role functions as a Talent Analyst / Researcher — driving strategic hiring through structured sourcing, rigorous candidate evaluation, and continuous funnel optimization. But this is not a traditional recruiting role. You’ll partner directly with the CEO, implement automation across the business, and build systems that increase leverage across talent and operations.
