Position Summary: Responsible for providing leadership for the Learning Management System (LMS) function of the Talent Management Department. This includes oversight of the technical tools and solutions including, but not limited to: live, electronic, blended, self-guided, Podcasting, and video platforms. Responsible for assisting with creating and implementing functional training programs that are aligned with and support business strategy, compliment corporate training initiatives, and are timely, valuable, and cost effective. Topics may include, but will not be limited to: soft skills development, human resources, process improvement leadership education, etc. Identifies and applies industry leading/cutting edge tools and techniques that support Covenant’s talent management methodology.
