About The Position

About the Role: eSkillz is looking for a Talent Management System (Learning and Performance Management Systems) Consultant and Project Manager to enhance our Professional Services team. In this role, you will… Manage talent management system implementations and outsourced administration support projects. You will collaborate with other members throughout the project lifecycle to define and manage scope, lead execution, and ensure timely and quality delivery. In this role you will be responsible for gathering client’s business and technical requirements, translating those requirements to the learning system configurations, leading configuration workshops and training sessions, supporting client User Acceptance Testing and system deployment. You will also develop and maintain project schedules, track project progress, communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders, manage project resources, and drive efficiency for execution.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of implementation and consulting experience as the lead consultant with a Learning Management System platform such as Docebo, Cornerstone, SumTotal, Saba or Schoox.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience managing projects.
  • Deep knowledge of Talent Management System or Learning Management System configurations.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Experience managing project schedule, scope, resources, communication, and documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting and project management services for implementation and ongoing system administration and optimization of a Talent Management System platform.
  • Document project requirements, develop and maintain project schedules, track project progress, communicate project status and updates to key stakeholders, manage project resources, and drive efficiency for execution.
  • Analyze, document, and propose potential process improvements to current internal processes.
  • Assess prospective and existing clients’ talent needs and requirements while proposing solutions to meet them.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for projects and client accounts.
  • Manage all phases of projects from start to finish.
  • Provide clients with business process consulting in the areas of Human Capital Management.
  • Provide clients with expert guidance on the features and usage of the platform mentioned above.
  • Act as the lead consultant on a project and be able to implement the product for the client while being the sole consultant on the team.
  • Execute system configurations and unit testing.
  • Lead and conduct workshops on configuration and other functional and technical topics in regards to building the system.
  • Provide clients with product training, demonstrations, and walkthroughs.
  • Analyze client’s configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist the client with user acceptance testing and go-live support.
  • Identify risks and define and execute mitigation solutions.
