About The Position

The Talent Management Specialist will report into the Sr. Director, Talent Management and be responsible for implementing, managing, and sustaining programs, processes, and technology systems that work together and contribute to positive talent experiences. They will continuously evaluate and identify innovative ways to deliver organizational solutions that improve employee experiences and promote productivity, efficiency, and peak performance. They will have the skills to execute and deliver programs and results of the highest quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related discipline required
  • 3+ years of related experience in a Talent Management, Organizational Development, Training, or Learning and Development role
  • Innovative, consultative, and relentless approach to process improvements and strategy implementation.
  • Dedication to accomplishing goals and challenges presented by our businesses and management.
  • Ability to move multiple engagements forward while working at a detailed level.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of management including executives and directors.
  • Able to follow, critically evaluate, and improve upon current processes.
  • Exceptional organization and project management skills.
  • Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills.
  • Proficient at live virtual and in-person facilitation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously enhance the new‑hire onboarding process, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and introduce automation to improve efficiency and the overall new‑hire experience.
  • Partner with HRBPs and stakeholders to support the execution of the talent management strategy for the organization.
  • Administer talent management programs that fuel performance, maximize engagement, and promote continuous learning, growth, and development.
  • Manage learning and development focused programs, e.g., required learnings, people manager development, leadership development, and more.
  • Develop Talent Management strategy based on organizational goals, objectives and internal needs of the businesses.
  • Develop and facilitate various learning and development programs virtually and in-person (as needed).
  • Responsible for the day-to-day technical and operational management of training assignments, campaigns, reporting, assessments, and other functions in our enterprise Workday Learning system
  • Monitor, track, and report on organization-wide training/engagement programs in addition to specialized training programs that address the learning and development needs of a department, position and/or functional area.
  • Maintain and update the annual Talent Management calendar, Talent Profiles, and SharePoint site with relevant content and assessment results
  • Develop and coordinate mass/targeted marketing plans and communications.
  • Prepare, interpret, and present data analytics and reports out of core talent and learning management systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date Administration Guides, Job Aids, and SharePoint pages for our program offerings.
  • Maintain learning and program evaluations that drive continuous program improvement.
  • Liaison with business stakeholders on all aspects of Talent Management and delivery ensuring alignment, adoption, and proficiency across the organization.
