We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile Talent Management Specialist who thrives on variety and impact. In this role, no two days are the same—you’ll partner closely with Talent Development and Business Professional Recruiting to drive end-to-end talent initiatives that shape the employee experience from day one through ongoing growth. From designing and delivering engaging training programs to supporting performance management, onboarding, and development, you’ll be part of the full lifecycle of key talent processes. You’ll also play a pivotal role in high-visibility programs like our summer internship and temporary hiring initiatives, while contributing to strategic projects that advance firm-wide talent goals.
