The Talent Management Lead is responsible for leading the coordination, implementation, and execution of core talent management practices across the T&M business group. This role serves as a key link between Enterprise HR and T&M, ensuring enterprise talent processes and programs are effectively translated, deployed, and sustained in ways that meet business needs. The role partners closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Enterprise HR teams to drive the successful implementation of core talent processes, including Performance Management, Talent Planning, and Career Development, as well as enterprise Let’s Lead programs across T&M. This position requires strong stakeholder management, project management, implementation discipline, and change leadership to ensure enterprise programs and talent practices are coordinated effectively and adopted across the business.
