About The Position

Talent Management Program Analyst The Opportunity: As a human resources business partner, you will bring your leadership, talent management, and human resources expertise to support the client’s staffing and resource management needs. A dedicated talent manager, you will use your skills and expertise to research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support client talent management, providing continuity, expertise, and dedicated focus to enhance their capacity to source and maintain talent while ensuring compliance with all federal and DoD guidance and policies. You will effectively perform a variety of routine tasks to facilitate the management, execution, and analysis of the client’s civilian hiring and corresponding actions, ensuring all systems of records comply with the most up-to-date legal and regulatory requirements. You will apply advanced skills and extensive technical expertise in tracking all current and incoming opportunity requests and working with resource management team to prioritize fulfillment of tasks, develop required products, and monitor status. Your role will include providing operational support to implement resource management processes, conducting data management and data entry activities in support of talent management functions, tracking and coordinating disposition status for proposed staff placements, and coordinating with hiring managers, HR Specialists, and administrative personnel at all levels to expedite the processing of civilian recruitment and other personnel action. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in USMC and DoD talent management and human resources management processes and systems
  • Experience as a program manager and team leader
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of USMC personnel administration and human resources policy
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps operations, functions, and staff at the Marine Expeditionary Force level
  • Ability to deliver results and customer service from the most senior to the most junior members of an organization
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on a Marine Corps General Officer Staff
  • Experience with DCPDS, TFMS, TWMS, DAI/OTL, CPIMS, USA Staffing/Manager, HR Link, WAYPOINTS, and other relevant systems of record
  • Master's degree
