Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Management within multi-industry corporations
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • Skilled in data analysis and translating insights into action

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HR technology platforms preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with enterprise and business unit leaders to implement and evolve Textron’s talent management strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent practices, providing insights and recommendations that drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide succession planning framework to ensure leadership continuity and readiness
  • Lead the Textron Talent Review process, ensuring robust succession planning, talent discussions, and follow-up development planning to accelerate readiness.
  • Oversee the enterprise Performance Management process and related systems for a seamless experience, driving accountability and ensuring fair, transparent practices
  • Ensure consistency in talent management resources, training, and communications across all businesses.
  • Conduct benchmarking and evaluate processes to identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
  • Develop and deliver talent analytics and dashboards to inform decisions and measure program effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with BU Talent Management teams to share best practices and ensure alignment.
  • Supervise and develop a direct report.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and resolve talent management inquiries.
  • Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal and compensation information about employees.
