About The Position

The Talent Management Coordinator serves as a partner in advancing the onboarding and employee experience. This role coordinates the onboarding programs, orientation, and the overall new hire journey, including onboarding, Day 1 execution, and hire integration. The Talent Management Coordinator also helps with recruitment and learning systems, supports talent initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, and acts as a trusted liaison between candidates and employees. Through operational excellence and strategic partnership, enhances the employee lifecycle while contributing to talent management, engagement, and workforce development efforts.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. OR an additional 2 years of specific work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee matters.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, or HR operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and LMS platforms.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the full onboarding lifecycle.
  • Onboarding processes (documentation, system access, communications, schedule coordination).
  • Day 1 experience, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and brand aligned introduction.
  • Orientation facilitation and delivery, including cultural integration, required training, and company overview sessions.
  • Post hire support, ensuring new employees have a smooth transition through their first 90 days.
  • Administer onboarding assessments, feedback surveys, and program evaluation tools.
  • Partner with HR team and hiring managers to continuously improve onboarding workflows, content, and service delivery.
  • Ensure all compliance requirements, learning assignments, and new hire tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Track onboarding metrics and provide insights that drive process optimization and enhance the new hire experience.
  • Partner with employee engagement team to implement talent engagement and learning initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning and succession initiatives through data collection and reporting.
  • Partner with the engagement leader and HRBP on engagement surveys and action planning.
  • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement projects.
  • Lean in as needed to assist with recruitment coordination, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain talent dashboards and produce analytics, to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Support HR systems (ATS, LMS) and ensure data integrity for compliance and reporting.
  • Coordinate employer branding activities, including social media campaigns and career events.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout employee experience.
  • Coordinate internship and early career programs.
