You will gain real-world experience leveraging your knowledge as part of our Talent Management Team; engaging in strategic cross-functional activities such as Organizational Assessments, Survey Design, Delivery, and Validation, Training Development, HR Metric Analytics, Recruiting, Team Building, HR Trend Analysis, and/or HRIS Management. Our structured program offers client-facing projects to strengthen your leadership and team-building skills. This is a stipend internship for approximately 14 weeks. High-performing individuals have received a job offer for a paid position post-completion of their internship This is not a filing and copying internship .

Requirements

• Masters/Ph.D candidates in a related field (Organizational Behavior, Business, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology)
• Hard-working, enthusiastic, and resourceful
• Good project management skills
• Well-versed in juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• One direct experience in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field
• 3.0+ GPA
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
• Excel, Intermediate (Data Cleaning, Structure, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• 1 Years’ Experience in Applied Statistics (R, SPSS, SAAS, Other)
• 1 Years’ Experience in Data Mining and/or Analytics
• 1 Years' Experience in Data Visualization (Graphs/Charts in Excel)
• Attention to Detail
• 1 Years' Experience in Recruiting, Training, Survey Design, and/or Delivery
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
• Client Service Orientation
