About The Position

The Talent & Learning Coordinator provides administrative and project support to both the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams. This role is responsible for coordinating sche3dules, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of hiring and learning initiatives. Servicing as a central point of contact, the Coordinator supports operational efficiency and contributes to a positive candidate and employee experience.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, learning or administrative/project support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with applicant tracking and learning management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule interviews, candidate meetings, training sessions, workshops and other programs across multiple calendars.
  • Coordinate logistics for hiring events, career fairs, room set up, and catering orders.
  • Support projects related to talent acquisition and learning & development.
  • Prepare learning materials, attendance rosters, and evaluation forms.
