Nebius is building a Talent Intelligence capability designed to accelerate the company’s most critical hiring initiatives. As Talent Intelligence Lead, you will focus on unlocking new talent markets and building the strategic pipelines that support Nebius’ growth. This role sits at the intersection of talent intelligence, strategic sourcing, and hiring acceleration. Rather than operating as a traditional recruiter responsible for steady pipelines, you will focus on mapping competitive talent markets, identifying high impact candidates, and building proactive pipelines for the company’s most critical roles. The initial focus of this role will be supporting the expansion of Nebius’ Go To Market organization, including Sales, Customer Engineering, and other customer facing technical teams across North America. You will partner closely with GTM leadership, recruiting teams, and talent operations to translate business growth plans into targeted talent strategies and pipeline development. Over time, this capability will expand to support additional strategic hiring initiatives across Nebius as the company scales.
