About The Position

Assist in the development and execution of strategies to inform, engage, and inspire associates across the organization. Support on-site events for our Omaha-area Associates as well as virtual programming for our remote Associates. Assist the functions of experience that include internal communications and digital production functions that support internal customers. Support the drafting and distribution of internal newsletters and announcements. Ensure communications maintain consistent tone, voice, and brand alignment. Maintain a content calendar to align messaging with organizational milestones and events. Support a team of content creators and videographers, providing drafting and cataloging assistance where needed. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand communication needs to assist in providing multimedia solutions. Track performance and engagement of internal campaigns. Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in engagement, internal communications, digital content production, events, or corporate media.
Strong storytelling and writing skills with experience tailoring messaging to different employee audiences.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Passion for creating culture-driven content that connects employees to purpose and values.
Demonstrated experience with social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
Experience with multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and video editing platforms is preferred.
U.S. Citizenship or naturalized citizenship is required for this position.
All work on all positions at Signature Performance must be completed in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.
