Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract high-quality team members.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the hiring process.
Build relationships with local schools, colleges, and community organizations to source potential employees.
Design and oversee a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires.
Facilitate training programs to develop employees in customer service, food safety, leadership, and operations.
Ensure all employees understand and uphold Chick-fil-A's mission and service standards.
Cultivate leadership growth opportunities for team members.
Foster an engaging and positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and Chick-fil-A corporate policies.
Maintain accurate employee records, scheduling, and payroll oversight.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Analyze staffing needs and develop scheduling strategies to optimize labor efficiency for excellent guest experience.
Forecast hiring needs based on business trends and seasonal demands.
Work closely with the restaurant operator to align talent strategies with business goals.
