About The Position

The Director of Talent Management is responsible for advancing enterprise strategies that strengthen organizational performance and culture. This role will be part of the Talent & Engagement Center of Excellence and partner closely with the with the broader HR organization, Talent Partners, and HR Business Partners in executing on an overall strategy to help ensure the organization has the current and future capabilities needed to achieve organizational priorities. This role contributes to the design and implementation of global engagement strategies, the modernization of performance management processes, and the diagnosis of organizational effectiveness. This role acts as a trusted advisor to Talent Partners and HRBPs by bringing a foundation of subject matter expertise, rigorous data interpretation, and professional judgment to influence high-impact decisions.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
  • Advanced training in survey methodology and performance management preferred.
  • 5-10 years in Talent Management/OD with expertise in surveys, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Track record leading enterprise programs and influencing leaders.
  • Experience with large-scale change management, including communications and adoption measurement.
  • Vendor/technology management experience.
  • Deep knowledge and demonstrated track record of achievement in survey design, organizational diagnostics, and performance management frameworks.
  • Strong OD toolkit, including culture measurement and intervention design.
  • Analytical fluency and ability to communicate insights through clear data storytelling.
  • Strong facilitation, influence, and consulting skills.
  • High integrity, professional judgment, and commitment to confidentiality, data ethics, and inclusion.
  • Strong project management, complex problem-solving, organizational, and process skills.
  • Working knowledge of employment law considerations relevant to engagement and performance practices.

  • Advanced training in survey methodology and performance management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the global colleague engagement strategy with scientific rigor and actionable outcomes.
  • Enhance enterprise performance management processes, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment to business priorities.
  • Translate people insights into clear, executive-ready recommendations that balance rigor with pragmatism.
  • Benchmark external practices and continuously improve methods, platforms, and analytics integration.
  • Lead data and award applications
  • Collaborate with peers on the HR and Talent Development Teams to optimize talent management practices.
