Role Summary Zekelman Industries is seeking a Director of Talent Management to lead the enterprise strategy for developing talent, strengthening leadership capability, and building a high-performance organization. This role owns the integration of Learning & Development, Performance Management, Leadership & Executive Development, Workforce Development, and Succession & Talent Pipelines to ensure the organization has the right skills and leaders to meet current and future business needs. The Director partners closely with executive leadership, HR, and business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational priorities and drive measurable business impact.
