Job Description Sprinklr is looking for a Talent Development Summer Intern to join our global People & Culture team. In this role, you will help design and deliver learning experiences that support employee growth, leadership development, and culture-building across the organization. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on global learning programs in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, Data Science or a related field
  • Passion for learning, leadership, and employee development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets experience a plus )
  • Ability to collaborate in a global, fast-paced environment
  • Interest in People & Culture, HR, or Learning & Development in the tech industry

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development initiatives.
  • Assist with program and curriculum development for global employee development programs.
  • Help promote and support key programs such as emerging leader development, mentoring programs, skills mapping , employee experience and career development.
  • Assist with the facilitation and coordination of virtual and live training sessions (examples include professional development, inclusive leadership, and skill-building workshops).
  • Help manage logistics , communications, and materials for global learning sessions.
  • Support administration of core learning platforms and programs .
  • Assist with tracking program participation, feedback, and success metrics.
