About The Position

The Talent Development Specialist will support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development (L&D) programs that enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness. This individual will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to assess training needs, implement programs, and evaluate outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of previous Learning & Development (L&D) experience (required)
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Design, coordinate, and facilitate learning and development programs
  • Conduct training needs assessments and support competency development initiatives
  • Develop engaging instructional materials
  • Track and report on training metrics and program effectiveness
  • Support onboarding and leadership development initiatives
  • Partner with department leaders to align training programs with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and professional development standards
