The purpose of the Talent Development Specialist position is to assist the Talent Development team in evaluating employee performance, develop training programs, and lead human resources training activities to meet organizational needs as determined by the Talent Manager and Human Resources Director. The goal is to train employees in a way that ensures compliance and promotes retention.
