About The Position

At CoreWeave, our people are our strength—and cultivating a supportive and high-performing workplace is at the heart of what we do. As we scale globally, the Talent Development function will play an essential role in helping leaders and employees grow their careers, their teams, and the business. We are looking for someone who supports the business by developing and executing experiences that champion talent through manager enablement, succession planning, internal mobility and beyond. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, build scalable processes, and help ensure the experiences are practical, engaging, and support business goals.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in manager, leader, and talent development
  • Ability to design and facilitate scalable learning experiences for diverse audiences and levels.
  • Experience translating external trends, research, and talent philosophy into practical programs, frameworks, and tools.
  • Experience building and refining manager enablement curricula.
  • Experience owning and refining key components of the performance and talent experience.
  • Experience shaping how expectations and leveling for managers and ICs are communicated and reinforced.
  • Ability to anticipate where managers will get stuck and simplify complex concepts into clear, practical guidance.
  • Experience supporting strategic talent planning.
  • Ability to synthesize patterns across feedback, survey data, performance outcomes, and stakeholder input.
  • Ability to balance speed with discernment, prioritizing the highest-leverage improvements and iterating in public.
  • Ability to bring order to ambiguity by codifying standards, workflows, and templates.
  • Ability to build strong, trusted partnerships with People Business Partners, People Operations, and business leaders.
  • Ability to listen first, then co-create solutions that reflect the needs of both the business and employees.
  • Comfortable driving alignment across functions—facilitating working sessions, clarifying decisions, and keeping stakeholders informed and accountable.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthening leadership capabilities and internal mobility through development programs across the company.
  • Partnering closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, and business leaders to build talent development experiences that strengthen leadership, develop managers, and support high-performing teams in a hypergrowth environment.
  • Driving a broad range of work - including performance management support, workshop facilitation, and resource development while contributing to the ongoing evolution of our talent programs and practices.
  • Designing and facilitating scalable learning experiences for diverse audiences and levels.
  • Translating external trends, research, and CoreWeave’s talent philosophy into practical programs, frameworks, and tools that fit our context and stage.
  • Building and continuously refining manager enablement curricula that raise the bar on clarity and accountability.
  • Owning and refining key components of the performance and talent experience, including performance cycles, and help make these predictable, lightweight, and business-relevant.
  • Shaping how expectations and leveling for managers and ICs are communicated and reinforced through tools, training, and messaging.
  • Anticipating where managers will get stuck and simplifying complex concepts into clear, practical guidance that scales across teams, levels, and geographies.
  • Supporting strategic talent planning, ensuring the programs generate clear signals for talent decisions and succession planning.
  • Synthesizing patterns across feedback, survey data, performance outcomes, and stakeholder input to surface themes and influence the talent development roadmap.
  • Balancing speed with discernment, prioritizing the highest-leverage improvements and iterating in public rather than waiting for perfection.
  • Bringing order to ambiguity by codifying standards, workflows, and templates so others can deliver programs consistently and efficiently.
  • Building strong, trusted partnerships with People Business Partners, People Operations, and business leaders, acting as a connective thread across initiatives.
  • Listening first, then co-creating solutions that reflect the needs of both the business and employees, thoughtfully navigating trade-offs.
  • Driving alignment across functions—facilitating working sessions, clarifying decisions, and keeping stakeholders informed and accountable.
