Talent Development Manager

The TDM is responsible for leading and continuously improving the company’s Management Training Program and AllSafeU safety leadership commitment. This role develops frontline and mid-level leaders capable of executing at a world-class standard across all sites. The TDM ensures leadership readiness, strengthens bench depth, reduces human error through structured development, and furthers a culture of safety and operational excellence. This position partners closely with Operations, IPT, the Point Five Team, and Executive Leadership to align talent strategy with company growth and performance objectives. Requirements
- bachelors degree in Business, HR, or related field and/or 10+ years leadership experience in multi-site operations.
- Experience building or leading structured training programs.
- Strong understanding of operational execution, safety systems, and performance management.
- Excellent facilitation and executive communication skills.
