Key Responsibilities Training & Onboarding Support Coordinate onboarding training for new hires Ensure required trainings and certifications are completed on time Track and document training completion Serve as a point of contact for training-related questions Learning Materials & Systems Organize and maintain training materials and resources Upload, update, and manage training content in learning platforms Support leadership with training documentation and records Employee Development Support Assist with ongoing professional development initiatives Coordinate internal trainings, workshops, or learning sessions Help identify training gaps and improvement opportunities Administrative & Reporting Maintain accurate digital training records Provide leadership with updates on training status and completion Support improvements to training workflows and processes What This Role Does NOT Do Make hiring or termination decisions Conduct performance evaluations Supervise staff or provide managerial oversight (All final decisions remain with leadership.) Schedule & Availability Part-time, as needed based on organizational needs Hours may vary week to week depending on onboarding and training demand Advance notice will be provided whenever possible Availability for scheduled meetings or training sessions is required Timely communication and responsiveness are essential
