Requirements

  • High School Diploma with a minimum of three years' job experience and/or training with administrative functions and data entry; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience working with learning management or other database systems preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure quality work.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and resources, and shift gears quickly as business needs change.
  • Ability to think critically and make decisions accordingly. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships while delivering timely, high‑quality customer service and professional support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all crucial details for training events such as reserving required rooms, setting up virtual meetings, acting as producer for online training sessions as needed, communicating with participants, launching pre-class assessments, and preparing and printing workbooks, handouts and other materials. May assist with design and layout of training collateral.
  • Act as Learning Management System (LMS) administrator for Workday Learning and schedule instructor-led and virtual instructor led classes and online courses per submitted class planners. Continually assess enrollments against pre-determined minimum and maximum class sizes and collaborate with Talent Development team to adjust as needed. Load and configure online courses and curricula and assign to target audience. Enter post-class data, attendance, evaluations, test data and certifications, etc.
  • Provide customer service to a wide variety of stakeholders on training-related items including team members, Talent Development, Human resources team, dealers, internal or external facilitators and/or venue coordinators.
  • Coordinate the Vermeer Education Assistance Program for team members who have been approved as participants. Review registration and reimbursement forms and work with Payroll to ensure eligible reimbursements are issued accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Create and distribute regular and ad hoc training reports to key stakeholders utilizing a variety of report writing tools.
  • Provide general support to the Talent Development, Human Resources and other training teams.
