About The Position

The Talent Development Associate supports the design, delivery, and administration of learning and development programs, with a focus on early career talent including internship programs and externship programs. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance, managing certifications, and enhancing training initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Early Career Program Support Assist in the coordination and execution of training programs for college interns and externs Partner closely with other SC&H Talent departments to support onboarding and program delivery for early career talent Help ensure a positive and structured learning experience for entry-level participants Learning & Development Operations Maintain and manage training content within the Learning Management System (LMS) Support tracking and reporting of training completion and participation Learn and administer tools such as Conference I/O (polling/engagement platform) Compliance & Certification Management Track and monitor Continuing Professional Education (CPE) compliance Assist with certification management, including deadlines, documentation, and reporting Training Development & Collaboration Support the development and updating of training materials in collaboration with internal teams Assist in researching and recommending external training courses or providers based on business needs Training Facilitation Support Assist the Manager of Talent Development in facilitating training sessions across the organization, with the goal of independently leading sessions. Salary & Benefits The expected annual base salary for this position is $60,000-$75,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations. Requirements

  • 0-3 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field
  • Flexible and willing to travel between offices for training needs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
