About The Position

The Talent Development & Acquisition Manager is responsible for designing and managing programs that accelerate employee readiness, performance and internal mobility across the organization. The role owns the recruiting process lifecycle while also leading structured onboarding and development programs. This position serves as the operational bridge between hiring, onboarding, performance acceleration and career development. The ideal candidate brings strong process discipline, project management experience and the ability to partner effectively with company leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in talent development, recruiting operations, project management, or related fields
  • Strong program management and process orientation
