Position Overview: Dutch Bros is looking for an individual to join our Talent Attraction team for the Emerging Talent Program. This program will provide training, project exposure, and hands-on experience working alongside the Talent Attraction team to support Shop Leadership staffing, grow the Talent Community, strengthen internal talent visibility, and create content on social showcasing our employer brand. For the duration of the program (June 1st - July 31st) housing will be provided, however reliable transportation is needed to and from the program. Additionally, the program is rooted in professional development, full-time employment conversion is not guaranteed. Requirements

  • Interest in Marketing, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or related fields.
  • 3 years of Full-Time shop experience with at least 1 of those years in a leadership position (Shift lead or above) or comparable shop operational experience, required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms; experience with Workday, Phenom, or CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions
  • Must be able to collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu in-person meetings
  • Adaptability to typical office conditions, which may include exposure to air conditioning, heating, artificial lighting, and varying noise levels
  • Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches.
  • Must be able to occasionally move or lift office items up to 25 pounds
  • Hearing must be sufficient or correctable to ensure clear understanding of spoken information, including participating in virtual meetings and phone calls.
  • Use of hearing aids or other assistive devices is acceptable if needed.
  • Ability to read and write in English is essential for processing documents, drafting reports, and following up on necessary actions.
  • Proficiency in written communication is required to handle job-related tasks effectively.
  • Vision must be adequate or correctable to perform essential job duties, such as reading documents on a computer screen and using other visual tools.
  • Use of corrective lenses or other measures to meet visual requirements is expected if needed.
  • Must be proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools such as printers, scanners, and collaboration software.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and other in office communication tools.

Responsibilities

  • Shop Leadership Staffing Support: Assist with internal outreach campaigns to highlight growth opportunities. Support tracking and reporting of Shop Leadership staffing progress.
  • Talent Community Support: Help manage alumni drip campaigns and outreach cadences to engage past talent. Support initiatives to grow the Talent Community and promote boomerang hiring opportunities.
  • Internal Talent Visibility & Rehook Strategy: Assist with campaigns that strengthen connections with current and past talent. Contribute to initiatives that increase internal mobility and retention.
  • Employee Advocacy Support: Support strategies to encourage authentic advocacy for new operators, especially in new markets.
  • Social Channels & Employer Brand Support: Assist in running and creating content for social campaigns showcasing the Dutch Bros employer brand. Support strategies to engage talent through social media and highlight life at Dutch Bros. Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and messaging to enhance recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Platform Support: Assist with Phenom and Workday updates, including automations, CRM management, and reporting. Help brainstorm and implement ideas to engage employees in promoting Dutch Bros as a place to work.
