Metro Transit's Employee Services Division is hiring a Special Duty Assignment Talent Associate! We're seeking someone organized, customer-focused, and passionate about diversity and social justice. In this role, you'll help shape Metro's workforce by managing key parts of high-volume recruitments, from screening and testing to evaluating and hiring. Metro Transit's Employee Services Division supports King County's largest department through recruitment, workforce planning, HRIS analytics, and records management. Our work ensures Metro can continue meeting the transportation needs of a growing region and we invite you to contribute to that success! Recruitment Information: This recruitment is intended to fill one Special Duty Assignment (SDA), anticipated to last approximately 12 months. The actual duration may vary based on the discretion of the supervisor. Additionally, this selection process may be used to establish an eligibility pool for future SDA vacancies within this classification and in this Division. The eligibility pool will remain active for 6 months from the posting date and may be extended or utilized at the hiring authority's discretion.
