Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own the full hiring strategy for your global teams , from defining successful profiles to building the plan for how we find top talent
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their goals, challenge assumptions, and shape a process that leads to the right hire
  • Build and maintain proactive, high-quality candidate pipelines that reflect both the talent market and Via’s future needs
  • Run fast, thoughtful, and innovative recruiting processes that give candidates a great experience and help teams move quickly
  • Look for patterns, insights, and opportunities to improve how we hire; share them with teams at every chance you get
