About The Position

Our Talent & Culture Specialist supports the development and execution of programs that strengthen our culture, enhance the employee experience, and build leadership bench strength. They help bring our values to life through engagement initiatives and partnership with HR and business leaders. This Talent & Culture Specialist uses data and insights to continuously improve talent and engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 or more years in culture, employee engagement, change management, talent, internal communications or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing internal communication plans and engagement strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis using Excel.
  • High speed cable or fiber
  • Minimum of 10 Mbps downstream and at least 1 Mbps upstream internet connection (can be checked at https://speedtest.net [https://speedtest.net]).

Responsibilities

  • Support the promotion and integration of company values into employee programs and experiences
  • Coordinate the SPARK Awards program, including planning, communications, and execution.
  • Administer the annual Culture and Engagement survey, including communications, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Partner with Human Resource Business Partners and leaders to support action planning efforts based on engagement results.
  • Administer our employee recognition platform, including vendor coordination, budget tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Write internal communications related to culture, talent and engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and send the monthly Engagement Newsletter.
  • Track and report on engagement and talent metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate across HR and business teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of culture and engagement activities.
  • Support talent management activities, including succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, mentoring programs, development planning and competencies.
