Requirements

  • Your written and verbal communications skills leave every person you meet feeling happy and excited to be working with you.
  • You soar working independently and work well with ambiguity, sometimes serving as “detective” to resolve staffing issues.
  • Your follow-up serves as a safety net for our teams and initiatives.
  • Your technical skills in ATS, HRIS, and the MS Office Suite are outstanding.
  • You see a challenge as an opportunity, and you are ready to “charge the hill” with our team to launch new programs and projects.
  • Your education includes either a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Your experience with iCIMS would be a huge plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers to develop cooperative partnerships, serving as a strategic business partner.
  • Develop a regular cadence of engagement with hiring managers to equip them with the tools needed to execute appropriate plans for their staffing needs.
  • Manage job requisitions using creative recruiting and sourcing strategies.
  • Promote Diversity and Inclusion across company staffing needs.
  • Use in-depth reporting to analyze successes and challenges with recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide on-site support for new client openings, strategic staffing needs, job fairs, and other hiring events when the need arises.
  • Provide assistance with HR and other company projects as needed.
  • Promote awareness/encourage employee action in multiple employee programs, including but not limited to the Performance Management, Career Development and the Accelerated Leadership Program.
  • Work with team members to execute local and regional engagement events.
  • Use of data and analytics to measure and improve upon the effectiveness of engagement communications, programs, and events.
  • Promote brand standards in all job advertising, internal communications, and company events.
