Requirements

• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary associates
• Source candidates using job boards, resume databases, and internal talent pools
• Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates
• Match candidate skill sets with client requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and associates
• Conduct service calls and support business development efforts
• Assist with marketing initiatives and branch growth
• Resolve issues professionally and ensure associate satisfaction
• Perform administrative duties that support branch operations
