Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
Commitment to safety, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating hazards on the job site.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in construction or related field is a plus but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials preferred.
